Designed for Aerospace
The CP-AERO addresses the unique requirements of aerospace composite production: extreme process control, full material traceability, and AS9100-compliant documentation. With 16 independently controlled heating zones and a maximum temperature of 450C, it handles advanced thermoplastic and thermoset systems.
Key features include an integrated vacuum chamber for void-free lamination, servo-electric drive for precise force control, and an automated data acquisition system that logs every process parameter for each part produced.
Aerospace Certification Ready
The CP-AERO includes built-in capabilities for AS9100 compliance: batch traceability from raw material to finished part, automated first-article inspection reports, calibration management for all sensors, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant electronic records.
Early adopters include a European Tier 1 aerospace supplier who used the CP-AERO to pass their AS9100 audit on the first attempt. The system is now producing interior panels for a major commercial aircraft program.
